Edukation is a conscious and planned efford to develop individual abilities and personalities. The success of the implementation of education and teaching in shoool is measured by student achievement. As is the case today, it is still foud that teachhers ignore small things such as the lack of giving a reward to student who excel or reraly giving praise to student who excel because the teacher is more foused on the material present. Rewards are a fun educational tool. Reward are not just gifts but praise, respect and tokens of appreciation such as certifites and others. With the teacher’s attention to student in the form of giving rewards, students wiil be happy ad can motivate student t larning. This study aims to find out how to give rewards at SMP NNegeri 3 Jombang The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive desigh with data collection techniques through interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the provision of rewards in the form of praise, respect, gifts and tokens of appreciation could increase students’ learning motivation.
