Then in 2011 improvements were made by amending Law No. 38 of 1999 with a new law, namely Law No. 23 of 2011. In the new law, improvements and improvements were made, among others, from the institutional, management and regulations, the method used in the research is a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The results of this study found that law No. 23 of 2011 had a significant impact in terms of regulation, supervision and acceptance because the deficiencies in the previous law were perfected in the new law.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Permasalahan zakat sejak dulu sudah menjadi perbincangan baik dalam konteks kenegaraan maupun dalam konteks beragama, di Indonesia ketentuan tentang zakat pertama kali diundangkan pada tahun 1999 yaitu undang-undang zakat no.38 tahun 1999 kemudian diikuti dengan peraturan menteri. Kemudian pada tahuan 2011 dilakukan penyempurnaan dengan mengamandemen undang-undang No.38 tahun 1999 dengan undang-undang yang baru yaitu undang-undang No.23 tahun 2011. Dalam undang-undang yang baru dilakukan penyempurnaan dan perbaikan antara lain dari aspek kelembagaan, pengelolaan dan regulasi, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitaian adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menyelidiki suatu hal secara mendalam dan (2) mengkaji fungsi penggunaan Bahasa gaul dan meme yang terdapat di grup chat. Penelitian ini dilakukan&nbsp; melalui akses internet melalui sebuah grup chat kelas untuk dapat mengakses WhatsApp. Pemerolehan Bahasa tersebut antaranya melalui lingkungan pertemanan, hasil peniruan melalui selebriti dan pembuatan kosa kata baru dari lingkup pertemanannya. Percakapan yang dilakukan mahasiswa kelas R6A didokumentasikan melalui hasil screenshot sehingga obrolan mahasiswa di dalam grup tersebut dapat dilihat secara visual. While the research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research results show that; Law Number 30 of 2014, actually building an integrity zone based on the general principles of good governance, in the context of service to the community, is an obligation inherent to each individual ASN, especially at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center, not just an appeal. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. The research results show that; The madrasah academic supervision program is meaningful in coaching, monitoring, and evaluating teacher performance. Based on the context component, academic supervision has been able to analyze teacher needs in developing teacher professionalism. In the input component of the academic supervision program, the madrasa supervisor is able to provide recommendations for fulfilling the availability of human resources for madrasa supervisors in terms of competency and the ideal number, of professional teachers and standard educational facilities. Process evaluation carried out on the implementation of the program in accordance with the procedural impact on coaching and mentoring for school principals and teachers. Based on product components, the success of the academic supervision program that provides coaching and guidance positively impact teachers in carrying out their duties so that they are successful. However, based on the feasibility interpretation, the supervision program has not been able to fully improve the professional competence of teachers. Thus, academic supervisory supervision is still needed to assess teacher performance and efforts to improve teacher professional competence. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiolinguistik Poplack. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari dialog novel, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi komunikatif dengan mempertimbangkan konteks tuturan yang ada, yaitu: komponen tuturan. Data penelitian berupa dialog tuturan dalam novel yang mengandung alih kode. Pengumpulan data penelitian dimulai dengan penentuan novel, teknik dokumentasi, teknik klasifikasi, dan teknik pengkodean data. Kemudian digunakan metode etnografi dengan teknik analisis domain, teknik analisis taksonomi, teknik analisis komponensial, dan teknik analisis tema budaya. Data divalidasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis model Spradley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk alih kode adalah alih kode tag, alih kode intra-sentensial, dan alih kode antar-kalimat melalui penggunaan kalimat deklaratif, imperatif, dan interogatif. Tag switching terdiri dari 24 data, intra-sentential code switching terdiri dari 12 data, dan inter-sentential terdiri dari 49 data. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih kode dalam dialog novel antara lain mengutip ucapan orang lain dan cenderung menyesuaikan bahasa yang digunakan dengan lawan bicara. Terakhir, fungsi alih kode adalah untuk membangun komunikasi yang baik dan untuk mengkonfirmasi ucapan pembicara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah inter sentential code switching paling banyak muncul dengan persentase 55,6%, kemudian tag switching sebesar 29,6%, dan terakhir intra sentential code switching sebesar 14,8%. Code mixing does not only occur in spoken conversations but can also occur in written conversations, for example Assalamu'allaikum Beijing by Asma Nadya. intervention in this research is how the code occurs in the novel Assalamu'alaikum Beijing by Asma Nadya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely the scientific method used to understand a social symptom or phenomenon into a detailed explanation according to the research theme examined in Assalamu'alaikum Beijing novel by Asma Nadia. Based on the analysis of the data that has been analyzed in the novel Assalamu'alaikum Beijing by Asma Nadia there is code mixing in foreign languages ​​(English, Arabic) and regional languages ​​(Javanese) in a number of data. The most dominant code mixing is English code mixing, namely there are 27 data, this is because the author of this novel is more accustomed to using English so there is a lot of English code mixing and also this novel is an Islamic novel that uses fragments of Arabic words totaling 7 words. while mixed Javanese code there are 7 data. While the factors that cause code mixing in the novel Assalamu'alaikum Beijing are, (1) having a background in the attitude of the speaker (attitudinal type). (2) Having a background in linguistics (linguistic type). The steps used by the author in carrying out data analysis techniques carried out by researchers to analyze the novel Assalamu'alaikum Beijing are as follows: (1) Read the novel as a whole and several times as a research topic.
