Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1) Know how the pattern of professional coaching in the target schools in 2020, and 2) Knowing the extent to which the pattern of professional coaching is in improving the ability of teachers in developing syllabus and RPP online mode during the Covid-19 pandemic in the target schools in 2020. Research This is a school action research (School Action Research), because the research was conducted to solve the problem of the learning process in schools. This research describes how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. The results of pre-action coaching regarding the ability of teachers in developing syllabus and RPP online mode during the Covid-19 pandemic, obtained data that teachers are still having difficulty developing syllabus and RPP online mode during the Covid-19 pandemic, because so far learning still requires classrooms as places face-to-face, the implementation of learning during the pandemic period requires teachers to use applications so that students can use them online, while teachers in using online applications are also still learning and weak internet networks make it one of the obstacles to implementing learning in the pandemic period.
