Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain the Head of a Madrasah’s creativity in managerial supervision. The qualitative research method was applied in this study. Where the researcher describes the data in the form of sentences. Meanwhile, the researcher is conducting a descriptive study. Whereas the descriptive approach describes the occurrences of phenomena, symptoms, events, and events. The findings revealed that; The Head Master of the Madrasah is in charge of increasing learning quality. Madrasah principals' managerial innovation in increasing learning quality has been quite good. Madrasa heads, as creative leaders, must also improve the quality of learning by creating quality teachers, realizing the vision and mission, planning for goal achievement, managing and empowering Madrasa facilities and infrastructure, managing students, managing curriculum, and implementing IT systems. Furthermore, the head of the Madrasah must be flexible in his or her thinking in order to respond to changes by enhancing the quality of teachers, empowering existing resources to meet the vision and goal, and controlling learning outcomes to generate great graduates.
