Abstract

This study aims to explain the existence of Madrasah Pengawass in carrying out Supervision during the covid 19. The method is this study is a qualitative research method. Then, the kind of this study is descriptive in nature. The findings of this study show that: Supervisors at the fostered Madrasah have guidelines for implementation that include teacher and student guidelines for logging in, there are step points and deadlines when assignments are given, class absences, the title of posted material, the number of assignments posted, the number of online class members, and the percentage of teachers and students who submitted assignments. In essence, during the Covid-19 pandemic, supervisors, teachers, and Madrasas always make improvements to improve the quality of learning carried out by teachers in educational institutions. A good supervisor will certainly guide, direct, and provide suggestions for improvements that teachers must make in Madrasa learning activities. The supervisor evaluates the standard process for creating video tutorials to support student learning in Madrasah so that the learning process with learning videos has increased from the previous teacher, only four teachers made learning videos, but with the appeal and encouragement given, there was a fairly good increase, namely, 13 teachers in the field. studies attempting to create video tutorials to aid learning
