KEMAMPUAN GURU PAK DALAM MENYUSUN RPP BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK MELALUI WORKSHOP
(Christian Teachers' Ability to Arrange Lesson Plans Based on a Scientific Approach through Workshop)

The aim of this research is to explain how to prepare lesson plans using a scientific approach through a workshop for Christian teachers. The problem statement in this paper is, "Can the workshop improve Christian teachers' ability to prepare lesson plans based on a scientific approach?" While the research method used in this study is qualitative. Where the researcher will describe the data in the form of sentences. Meanwhile, the researcher is conducting descriptive research. The descriptive approach, on the other hand, only describes the phenomena, symptoms, events, and events that occur. According to the findings of this study; The results of the RPP preparation workshop guided by the supervisor in collaborative efforts with the teachers of Christian Religious Education subjects were immensely helpful, as the teachers of Christian Religious Education subjects were able to compile the RPP and implement it in the learning process, making sure that the learning objectives conveyed by the subject teachers Christian Religious Education are on target and students are able to do and receive learning well. Thus, almost all Christian Religious Education subject teachers are able to understand and develop scientific-based RPP through the RPP preparation workshop, because scientific teacher works students and teacher skills in implementing the teaching materials.
